I loved this so much. It smells just like condensed milk and mixes perfectly with vanilla based perfumes

I think this is good. Good, not great. I think the part that keeps it from being great, is that there's a synthetic sweetness. To me, condensed milk is slightly sweet, and lactonic. But this isnt sweet I the way milk is, its like a sweet-n-lo artificial sweetness.
