For Montale
I adore jasmine and buy almost any perfume I can find (or afford) that is jasmine forward. But really, this tops them all. It is Jasmine in your face. Lying in a big bathtub filled with jasmine blossoms. The honeysuckle and orange flower (both of which I love as well), are there in the background, but the jasmine is so far upfront. It is not indolic. Just very clean, white Jasmine. I am tempted to buy a case of this, just to make sure I never run out.

This is almost pure jasmine, very strong and not complex, and I think it could be layered very nicely with something green, aquatic, or woody. This is the first Montale fragrance I have tried, and first fragrance I have ever tried where I sprayed myself as usual and immediately regretted it. I could smell it with every breath, even after changing shirts and wiping my skin a bit. A little goes a long way... don't overspray! :D
