Habanita l'esprit After a few hours, it's developing a rich sweetness, very unlike today's synthetic caramel/marshmallow/honey concoctions. Molinard, bravo! True mastery over notes. It's diverged from the somewhat linear path taken by Habanita and entered a resinous, dark forest Full of ripe spice pods and yew, fruits!

HABANITA L'Esprit by Molinard It's quite similar to Habanita, with an added layer of spicy notes and a bit of lemony sharpness, which makes it deeper and more mysterious, more of an oriental. I'm leery of sequels, but this one delivers a pleasing surprise. It becomes mellow over time and has remarkable lasting power, which is a hallmark of Molinard. True class at an affordable price.
