This is a fabulous vanilla. Not overly sweet by any means but not too dark or smoky. My only complaint is it doesn't last very long on me, so you need to carry around a decant and reapply often.

Smoky vanilla that isn't sickly. Probably not for gourmand lovers as this is not sweet.

Pretty smoky… almost nauseating… but then it softens and becomes a nice vanilla. Not sure I can endure the first 20-30 minutes though.

True to the name, this is a very nice woodsy vanilla scent. There's a hint of licorice and a nice undercurrent of coconut, but this isn't your typical sticky sweet vanilla gourmand. All in all, it feels restrained, almost bitter at points, very beautiful on the skin. Reminds me a bit of a simpler, easier to wear version of something like Lune Feline (which came much later). Beautifully blended like everything from this house.
