Violet Eyes is a lovely fresh floral that is perfect for Spring and Summer. The scent starts out very cool and becomes warmer as it evolves and the woody base comes through. It's more modern smelling than most other Elizabeth Taylor fragrances, so if that is a preference you have, I definitely recommend giving this one a try!

This is a beautiful cedery modernish summer scent. Think light blue but sweeter and more floral. It's good with It's longevity and projection too. I love it.

Normally, I buy White Diamonds. I have a lot of people tell me I always smell so good. I decided to try the Violet Eyes, as all movie buffs know, Elizabeth Taylor DID indeed have Violet eyes. I would say this is a casual wear perfume, however, it could indeed be used as a night club or dinner perfume. It seems to last all day, as every once in a while, I will catch a small scent of myself. Personally, I like it. I prefer White Diamonds, but for the price, this is nice too. Now I am waiting for my next order to come, which is Gardenia by Elizabeth Taylor.
