There is nothing that can hold a candle to opium! !red of course not the black!!!!!!ive been wearing it since I was 16.and it always be my no. 1!!!

I used to wear KL by Karl Lagerfeld. For decades. For some reason, it was discontinued. This is the closest fragrance that I have found to it. It is more of an evening scent and maybe too heavy for summer. I wear it anyway, because it makes me happy and even at 75, a bit sexy.

I have worn Opium for over 40 years and will never wear anything else! I receive so many compliments on a continuous basis which makes me believe this is my one and only fragrance for my personal pheromones and body chemistry. It stays on and wears so elegant as the day goes on. I love it! I just wish I could find the body cream, which I haven’t been able to find in over 15 years now.

Moi ca fait au moins 35 ans que je porte ce parfum et les clients ou je travaille me disent que je sens super bon ,meme des enfants me disent" tu sens bonne madame " J'ai même 2 clientes qui me disent " avec ta senteur tu fais ma journée. Mais moi je ne le sens pas.

Definitely not for me. Very strong and leans masculine in my opinion. However, I gave it to my bestie who LOVED it.
