This was a blind buy and I'm so glad I acted on impulse. I would not recommend this as a blind buy however. It possess the Mugler DNA... unusual, bold and polarizing for some. The opening is sharp and bold. The rhubarb is expressive and assertive, but this settles fairly quickly and the floral heart begins to soften and warm the experience. The base is warm and resonant... vanilla, coumarin and sandalwood, yet through the entire journey the green freshness of the rhubarb remains intact. Odd and delightful at the same time. A wonderful spring fragrance. Sadly, it's discontinued. I guess Aura was meant to be just a lark for me. Was worth every moment.
