I have been wearing Anais Anais for 41 years. It hit the shops in 78 and I fell in love when I first inhaled it beautiful softly rich scent. It is my signature scent. I've been stopped on the street and told what the scent I was wearing; amazing identifiable scent. I still get compliments on the fragrance and how beautiful it is. Now people know I am somewhere around & not because I am over spraying nor because it's heavy and overwhelming, but because it's distinct and identifiable. This is my spring and summer go to. I was in my twenties when it was the new hype; now I am a seasoned senior and still feel like I am twenty when I wear it paired with that perfect summer dress. This scent makes you feel like you are in the midst of a beautifully aromatic garden.

Like this perfume. Been using it since it was introduced in stores. Have gotten many compliments on th scent. Doesn't give me a headache like some other perfumes do. My friends have started wearing this scent after they smelled it on me. Very pleasant and feminine perfume.

Je portais ce parfum dans les années 80, et les gens autour de moi me demandaient qu'elle était ce parfum ? Il sent toujours bon mais il manque le côté poivré qu'il lui donnait cette odeur merveilleuse et sensuelle. Cacharel devrait le reproduire comme il était avant :(

This really is the original scent that my grandmother wore. I ordered the 1 oz bottle to see if it really was how I remembered it and felt like I fell into a time warp. This is one of the most beautiful floral scents you will ever smell, like a combination of gardenia and lily of the valley but also with something warm and soft I can't describe. Very long lasting but not cloying.

I found this perfume in Epicot France one summer in 1980 at one of the stores at Epcot at Disney World . We walked around til about 11pm and I was washing my hands and my sister ask which soap I used? The one one the wall! She smelled my arm and said I’d smelled like perfume. When I smelled my arm, I said we are going back to France and I bought a bottle and been wearing it since then I was 35 and will be 81 in a few months. I absolutely love it. Refuse to wear nothing if I don’t have it.
