The yellow, floral and fresh fragrance of Frangipani is a delightful floral fragrance for women and men. Launched in 2003, this perfume comes from the house of Ormonde Jayne. At the start are notes from lime blossom, magnolia and lime. The heart is fresh with hints from plum, water lily, rose, tuberose and frangipani, while the notes from amber, cedar, Madagascar vanilla and musk is dominant at the base.

Ormonde Jayne Frangipani is a tropical floral scent featuring the frangipani (plumeria) flower. There is also jasmine and tuberose listed as notes, but I don't detect much of either, which is rare, because tuberose usually dominates most white floral blends. However, frangipani/plumeria is the prominent floral in this scent. The touch of lime keeps the scent from being too floral; it's actually the frangipani/plumeria and lime notes that I smell the most. I took off one star because although this fragrance is blended well, the overall effect sometimes leans into the bathroom air freshener territory.
