Wow - Open is a MASSIVE fragrance! Sage plays the main role, here, but it's very well blended with thyme, tobacco, and lavender. I adore the bottle, a classic that has sadly been discontinued.

Open is a great cologne. There used to be several flavors - white, gold, and black. Each was robust and hearty with great flavor, white was the most floral and sweet, black the most intense. I loved them all, choosing one on the moment as best for the company or the occasion. Obviously the array has been contracted. I do not know if this is a blend or one of the originals.

I love Open by rogeR&Gallet. I also love Jacomo de Jacomo for men. They smell almost identical. If you like Jacomo de Jacomo, you're going to love Open!

I have been using OPEN EDT (for men) by Roger & Gallet for years, since a French Pharmacist recommended it. It was her favourite EDT for her friends. It is certainly a refreshing and distinctive cologne suitable for all day and evenings. I am often asked what is the name of the cologne.
