From the design house of Guerlain, this 1965 fragrance opens with the very citrusy notes of Tangerine, Bergamot, Lemon and Orange combined with the woody Brazilian Redwood. At the heart of this intoxicating fragrance lie Carnation, Sandalwood, Patchouli, Rose and Jasmine. Towards the end, the rich and sensual Vanilla combines mysteriously with Benzoin, Leather, Oakmoss and Amber for a graceful appeal.

This is certainly one of my favorite scents. Luscious, warm, inticing, and unusual. I get compliments each time I wear it. I was introduced, and have been wearing this since 1979. A friend bought this for me in Beirut, Lebanon as a gift all those years ago. I will never stop purchasing this cologne! I recommend this to any man that wants a bit of attention while out for the evening. Lasts a long time. The dry down is intoxicating and sensual.

It’s a very soft scent, even after dry down it smells more feminine than masculine. I have the Eau de Parfum and it does last…can’t say I’m a huge fan of the scent though. It’ll be used in the mornings. I would recommend to some older friends but not to anyone under 50.
