When I placed my first order I never opened the box and just put it on my dresser. About 45 days later when i opened it I realized that it was not the fragrance that I ordered! Customer service was outstanding! Even though the box was open they did a return and upon confirmation that the return was dropped off at UPS they gave me the product that I initially ordered. Cannot bet these prices, even the perfume shops in malls do not offer this level of pricing. Plus you get rewards with every purchase, more coupons offers AND samples!
