Among the great after shaves of this world. Takes some getting used to because of the depth of the forest water murkiness. Rotten tree trunks decomposed back into the soil and the water table catches everything - bugs, squirrels. It has an intensity most after shaves don't. Has some bite. I like the cologne too. Effeminate men don't like Acqua Di Selva; makes 'em fearful. There's an essence to manhood that is well understood through character that does what must be done despite challenge. Here is one angle on how that smells. If you like it, you'll also like Weleda After Shave Toner. It is less challenging in one way but more in another. Holds a stink of pure root funk.

Smells great and doesn't sting when I apply Acqua Di Selva to my face! This has taken over for my every day after shave for it's wonderful skin conditioning and cooling effects that help fight razor burn.
