I love this as a wash but IT IS TERRIBLE for my hair! I swim every day and if I use this in my hair it feels like STRAW! But after swimming, the fragrance removes the chlorine smell from my skin.

Okay it's as simple as this this shampoo three and one plus body wash is the bomb I think I finally got the right wash that I need and that's true so anybody out there if you ain't got a crew get you one
