Fille en Aiguilles is one of the best fragrances ever created in my opinion. I am a lover of pine fragrances, and the pine note in Fille en Aiguilles is brilliant and beautiful. It's also wrapped in the most wonderful Christmas spices ever assembled, which creates a fragrance that stands alone in my fragrance hall of fame. I could wear this every day. It is resinous, coniferous, slightly sweet, spicy, foody, comforting, transportive, desirable, virtually everything you could want in a fragrance as far as I'm concerned. I hope this is made for at least the next 50 years so it outlasts me. I never want to be without Fille en Aiguilles in my waredrobe. Bravo Surge Lutens and Christopher Sheldrake!

If you love Christmas as much as I do, you will surely love wearing this festive fragrance for the most comforting season ever! Fille En Aiguilles by Serge Lutens makes the perfect holiday gift for that special loved one or for oneself!

Fille en Aiguilles by Serge Lutens. Some years ago I was shopping at a local grocery, and the clerk, a young man, admired the scent I was wearing. I don't recall what the scent was then, but the clerk added that a scent he would buy for sure would be one that smelled like the Northwest forest, like evergreen trees. He said he had looked and never found such a thing. With Serge Lutens in mind, I assured him that I could most likely locate such a scent. That scent turned out to be Fille en Aiguilles. I carried in a sample for him and, alas, I could never find the young man. Apparently he had left his job because no one could figure out whom I search for. It is my favorite scent of all...and I wear it frequently. It doesn't shout out, but it is not unusual to have someone compliment me on it.
