Very masculine scent. I was afraid it was overpowering, but it doesn't project like you think when you're wearing it. I can smell it on myself, but you need to be up close for others to smell it. Smells great, but doesn't bump Aventus from it's#1 spot for me.

It’s what a mans man smells like is the best way to describe it. You can imagine it’s probably what Dirty Harry, Frank Bullitt, or Thomas Magnum would smell like. It really does exude dominate and unapologetic masculinity that the ladies tend to notice more so than gents. It’s not a fashion fragrance that tries so desperately to appease the masses rather it’s more oriented for the noble savage. Compared to Aventus it wins in its genius as a fragrance but it loses in the mass appeal category. The downside of Viking is you sort of have to match the personality of the fragrance. If I were to describe the man this fragrance is for I would have to say it is strictly for the savage who is disguised as a gentleman. Fresh, Spicy, Woody, and a perfect touch of florals.
