“I honestly try not to wash my hair too often. When you wash your hair daily, you're not allowing your scalp to create the natural oils that are essential for healthy hair. When you feel that your hair is starting to look a little greasy, just apply a good dry shampoo. ”
“Here is my volumizing secret. When my hair is toweled dry, I like to use a styling product like the Paul Mitchell Extra Body Sculpting Foam. I put a minimal amount of the product onto my palm and massage it into my roots. Then, I proceed to dry the hair with a Ceramic Thermal Brush in 2 inch sections starting from the neck up. If you are going out and want to amp up that boost that it gives you, I then add velcro rollers in three inch sections to my entire head. Next, I separate the hair into sections lifting straight up and then forward - take your velcro roller and roll it back. Once you clip and spray, I try to leave it in for at least 30 minutes while I am doing my makeup and getting my attire together.”
“For dull hair, you want to use products that are moisturizing - like dairy products! Sour Cream and Yogurt should be your go-to's! The lactic acid in the products remove the dirt while the fat content moisturizes those strands. Just remember to rinse out REALLY well.”

“My biggest hair secret, hands down, is hair oil; I don't go a day without using it. I like to call it the workhorse of hair products because its functions are seemingly infinite. If my hair is tangled and gunky with every spray and mousse under the sun, I'll run a hair oil through my strands prior to shampooing to break up the nastiness. After a shower, I apply hair oil prior to my blow-out; it helps seal the cuticle and lends a touchable softness that can't be beat. And if I have any peek-a-boo dead ends or stray flyaways, I mix a bit of hair oil on my hands and gently run it over the pesky hairs; it's a great finisher and shine-enhancer.”
“My little hair care secret is a spa treatment that you can take home with you. While in London, attending ILTM Spa, I was so excited to attend the Tatler Spa Awards. In the event swag bag was one of my favorite add on spa treatments- Espa Pink Hair and Scalp Mud. This amazing spa treatment can be brought home as a little treat for your hair each and every week. It intensely nourishes, smoothes and revitalizes both hair and scalp.”

“Ever have humidity give you the frizzies? Try taking just a dab of hand cream you have stashed in your purse and smooth those hairs back down!”

“Try this tip that we use at Fashion Week: Spray hairspray on a toothbrush and use to smooth flyaways at the hairline.”
