Four years ago I discovered this scent and it's wonderful. I just love it. I'm senstive to perfumes so I can't wear any and every thing so when I tried zen and I did not break out I was very please. This is my scent for life. I get so much complements. Some time ago I was on my way to a function, got out of the car and was walking into the hotel and this guy walked pass me and came back to complement me.

Zen is the the parfume to wear when you want to be noticed. Heads turn and the lasting effect makes you a person to remember. I can't wait till it comes on the market, it is one scent that is hard to find and worth the wait.

I WAS GIVEN A BOTTLE OF ZEN BY A VERY SPECIAL LADY WHEN I WAS IN HAWAII IN 1973.I LIVE IN A VERY SMALL TOWN AND COULD NEVER FIND IT TO BUY. SO I LOOK FORWARD TO TRYING THIS AGAIN.

I was first introduced to Zen about 5 years ago, its wonderful. My Husband just loves it, so now every Christmas, my Son and Husband never have to worry about what to get me. It's an excellent product. Thanks Shiseido for putting out such a wonderful product.

Zen would have to be one of the great fragrances of all time. Apropos the lady who said a man stopped her to compliment on the delicious scent of Zen that was emanating from her...well, when I wore it in the 1970's I got more positive male feedback from this perfume than any other I EVER wore. Men just LOVE it! Remember reading a fragrance review in a magazine from the 70's...one man said the scent of Zen made him weak at the knees and made him want to bite his girlfriend's neck!! (gently of course!) Not cloying or too sweet....just perfect.

I first smelled Zen on my mom when I was a little girl. she would spray it on at night and I associated that spicy warm scent for many years as comfort, "home". As I got older, I associated it with the amazing aroma of burnt wood, very heady and I have always received many compliments when I wear it, with people saying that I smell like no other ( it has that ability to smell so lovely and so different on many people. I wore it on my wedding day

I discovered Shiseido ZEN in the late 1970's and immediately knew I had finally found "my own personal scent"...
every man I have been around has complimented me on the scent of ZEN. I have worn only 2 perfumes since the 1970's and they are Shiseido ZEN and Jean-Charles Brosseau's OMBRE ROSE = both are the most fabulous & sensual fragrances you will EVER find.

My first encounter with ZEN was in 1969. I could'nt get it out of my head. It was the most heavenly aroma I had ever smelled in a fragrance. Very clean smelling, with undertones of lillies and spice, orange blossoms and a subtle hint of woods. It lingers a long time. The longer you wear it the more prevelent it becomes. I prefer pure perfume so I bought a 1/4 oz. It lasted a very long time.
