the first time i smelled tsar was on a man with beautiful blue eyes, that was 20 yrs ago and were still in love and he always wear tsar just for me!!!!!

I starting wearing TSAR about 8 years ago. Where I wear it women stand by me acting as if they are reading something, but they are smelling my fragrance. I have even had women ask me the name of what I am wearing because they are going to get some for themselves.

I have been useing it for 6 years and Ever time I dance with a woman...they say the same thing "ooh you smell Goood"..and then they get closer to my body to smell it as we dance...and It's ON....I will wear it for a long time....
