RUMBA perfume by Balenciaga

This is a very unique scent...it has some sweet fruity undertones, almost like honeyed plum in there. It smells like the older fragrances in the fact that it is very "perfume-y", like scents used to smell before all the chemicals were added more recently. Very elegant fragrance. It lasts a long time, too.

My husband bought me my first bottle of Rumba on a Caribbean cruise many years ago, and I have been wearing it ever since. A little goes along way - and I wear it as my signature fragrance. Someone always notices the fragrance and comments on how nice it is. It is one of those scents that is different on everyone who wears it - which just makes it more unique.

RUMBA RUMBA , I USE TO WEAR IT IN 1991, I WENT TO NY 5/2009 AND THERE IT WAS. RUMBA , I WORE IT TO HAPPY HOUR AND ALL THE MEN SAYS I LOVE IT. WOMEN ASK WHAT ARE YOU WEARING , THEY GRAB AND PIN AND PIECE OF PAPER. MEN LOVE IT.

I first got it in the Flea Market 10 years ago for $14.00-I loved it. I would wear it all the time and got lots of compliments. I love the freshness and the ounce of musk about it. It is the only thing I wear. My kids talk about me all the time, but that what kids are for. They call it Mom's perfurme.
