Histoire d'Eau Mauboussin is a recent discovery of mine. I understand that it has been around for several years and I wish I had found it sooner. The scent impresses me as a blend of beeswax, old pine boards, amber, and wood smoke with a certain sweetness. It is quite wonderful. I have perfumes that cost six or eight times as much that are less versatile. I think that it could be worn by woman of any age depending on how it reacts with her skin chemistry. Also, she might find it appropriate for different times of the day, depending on her personality. I rate it 5 stars.
