Declaration by Cartier is the best cologne i ever wore. My big brother introduced it to me 8yrs ago and i still wear it till today. Every time i put it on i feel the confidence in me.i always get nice complements from the ladies

My twin sister brought Declaration to me from overseas. Alot of women wear it over there. I fell in love with it! I say it is almost better than sex! I had no idea it was for a man until I had worn it for years! Only when I was running out did I find out. It is hard to find in dept. stores too. I can always count on my sis to find me the greatest scents!

Very sophisticated! I have been weaaring this fragrance for years and will continue - at the end of the day it is still fresh and distinguished....you will love it and your admirers will appreciate it!

Very few scents (only one other, actually) are complientary on me but Cartier Declaration is! It is a unisex scent. Most women's fragrances are either too sweet or turn to smell like fly spray on me. This one is wonderful!
