Blumarine Fragrances

Anna Molinari and her late husband, Gianpaolo Tarabini, founded the Blumarine in 1977. The company started in Carpi, Italy, and it slowly began to garner international attention, leading to the opening of Blumarine boutiques in several locations around the United States and the United Kingdom over the past few decades. As of 2016, the company's headquarters remains in the city of Carpi.

In addition to developing fun and striking clothing options, Blumarine also designs and develops perfumes. Several years after the design house began to grow, its experts started to experiment with creating fragrances to match their clothing lines. The earliest perfume editions were made in 1988, and the design house continues to create new perfumes today. It is famous for collaborating with notable members of the renowned perfume industry, including the likes of Maurice Roucel, Celine Barel, Olivier Polge, Philippe Bousseton and Christine Nagel.

Most of Blumarine's perfume options are for women, and some of its most famous perfume names include Ninfea, Innamorata and Bluegirl Jus de Fleurs. These Bluemarine's perfumes were designed to match with the brand's clothing lines' themes. Embracing all forms of playful femininity, the brand turned heads by releasing playful and flirty designs that blended all types of colors and fabrics together. To solidify its presence in the fashion world, Blumarine also branched out to include a variety of accessories in its collections, including boas and hats.
