Fact or Fiction?
Chocolate, chips and oily food can cause pimples. Fact...or fiction? This is something that I've always taken into consideration and is always in the back of my mind when eating junk food...like chocolate, potato chips and delicious, fried and oily foods!
I KNOW I am not the only one who thinks this and has a guilt trip when enjoying a Big Mac or some fried pickles (don't judge...have you had them?), but what it all comes down to is the real question, do these foods cause pimples?
Years and years of researching and reading about this, I have come to the conclusion that this will remain an open ended question. Yes, if you eat healthy, you will have healthy skin...but you may also get those pimples, because those bad boys are a result of a little thing called hormones. I'm not sayin to go out and stuff your faces with fries and greased up food, trust me those may trigger and add to the development of blemishes, BUT it is not the cause!
