i first got this cologne when i was 15 or 16. it was a 0.5 oz bottle for 5.00. i liked it so much that i tried to make it last. i still have a bottle of it but i think it got stale so i threw it out. i would love to smell it again, to be reminded of when i was 15. on me, the fragrance is very fresh and a little spicy.

I have never had more compliments about how good I smelled in my life as I have since I have tried American Original. Now I can't seem to find it anywhere to buy. I want the whole world to smell like it.

This has been my favorite perfume ever since I got some from my mother for Christmas one year, but it seems like it has become harder and harder to find over the last few years. I love any kind of perfume that lasts all day, and this one definetly does. The more you become active, the more alive the scent becomes, and the best part about it is its reasonable price

I have searched and searched for this frangrance. It is literally the best perfume around and would like to see it sold in stores again. I love the way it drives my boyfriend wild. I went one week without wearing it and he ask me what was different. When i finally found it, and had wore it he said that it was the smell that drove him crazy.

I love the way american original by coty smells..it has a great flower smell to it and is well priced..need to have it in the stores too..

I got this perfume when I was 13 or 14 yrs old and I still have some cause I don't use it all the time... I wanna make it last... but it reminds me of being young and the prairies... it's awesome!

I bought my mother American Original for Mother's Day, and she absolutely loved it. She wears it everyday, so i'll be ordering a new bottle here soon :)

i love this perfume, but it is the hardest perfume in the world to find. my best friend used to wear this before she died. it is such a turn on for my husband, it drives him crazy.

This is a great perfume for anyone. Smells great and lasts for a long while. I love it. Not too perfumy. Just right for any occasion.
