Givenchy's Amarige Mariage is scent I wear to please myself. The fact that it is enjoyed by other is a plus. It has the dark warm earthy scent of Patchouli,the exotic scent of sandalwood and bitter orange. The woody scents of bergamot and benzoin, the spicy scent of cinnamon with the warm tropical scents of jasmine and magnolia which transports you from this mundane world to a sensual place of your own.

I love it! probably my all time favorite perfume. I get lots of compliments on it.

Amariage Mariage has a sweet aroma with a backdrop of caramel corn. It is delicious and every time I walk into a room, my husband comments on it. A little bit goes a long way and it smells as good on your clothes three days later as it does when first worn. Although I characterized it as a 'woods' fragrance, since there is a definite underfinish of patchouli, it is a most intensely feminine fragrance for mature women and is not for the office or the younger set. Lasts all evening and gets me very favorable comments.

this is an addictive scent. As soon as I received the sample, I fell in love! I actually rewetted the sample to get the scent so I ran right out and bought the bottle! I am not easy to please with perfume scents but this one is a keeper. It's all I wear and I get so many compliments!! I highly recommend it!

Amerige Mariage is very different from Amerige D'Amour, which is what I normally wear. Mariage is a deeper fragrance with, both sweet and woodsy. D'Amour is good for day. Mariage is perfect for night.

The scent seems to have two personalities. It first hits you with one, then it seems to change with a rise in the body temperature. I love it!

Amarige Mariage--I love this scent. First one I have found in a long time.

I received Mariage for my birthday, and the first words out of my mouth were, "Yummy!" I like (and up until now, usually wore) the regular Amarige, but this one is more subtle and somehow more special. I'd call it romantic and elegant as well as casual. It's a great scent even though it's subtle.

I ran out of the purse-size fragrance I usually wear over the weekend, so I dug this sample out I've been carrying for months. I was floored!
