This is a unique, unclassifiable fragrance -- and highly underrated today because it makes such a memorable impression. It is called a 'sport fragrance' but it's anything you want it to be, for women of any age group who like a sophisticated scent. Aliage is delightfully mysterious and complex, because you can't really tell what scents combine to make the overall fragrance experience. Intense but never obnoxious -- lasts and lasts, so go easy. For the office, I can only describe it as "for the consummate professional air." It's intruguing any time of day.

This scent is great when layered with Private Collection. The combination is wonderful. I also love it all by itself.

I was given Aliage as a Christmas gift from my aunt over 30 years ago. I loved it then and I love it now. It never fails to get compliments from friends as well as strangers. I can not imagine wearing any other fragrance.

I too have been wearing this since the early 70's, and I still love it! People know my by this signature fragrance. I have tried others and always come back to Aliage! I hope it is never discontinued!

I feel so good when I wear Aliage. It is so refreshing. A nice spicey, but subtle scent. It is so hard to find. I would love to find a place that carries the body lotions too.

Aliage should have been named perfect. Because that is what it is, I have been wearing it since I was 17 and I’m 51 now. I loved then and I still love it, its not a sweet sent but a sent that just reminds me of clean and outdoors. My three year old grandson told me the other day that I smelled good, and I was wearing Aliage.

I, too, have been wearing this wonderful fragrance since the early 70's. I have tried other fragrances, but always come back to this one. My husband buys it for my birthday, christmas and mother's day!! It is light enough to wear to the office, but beautiful enough for an elegant evening!!! Estee Lauder - PLEASE never discontinue this wonderful perfume!!!!!

This has been my favourite for years, haven't been able to get it agian until recently - so delighted I've managed to by again. I love it. I also love the talcum powder with its subtle glitter, but can't get this anywhere in the world. Delightful.

Ladies, if you wore it in the 70's then are are truly a fan if you wear it now. I loved it then and I still LOVE it now.E. Lauder manufacturers, don't discontinue it please!

A sleeper classic...this will always remind me of Mom and how elegant and stylish she was...this fragrance will never go out of style. I wear it now at times. Very sporty, green, smart...think Audrey Hepburn.

Aliage has been my 'signature' scent since 1977. I absolutely love it! The scent lingers on, in a pleasant, manner. Nothing else compares.

I have worn this fragrance since I first received it as a sample in the early 1970's. All my friends associate the frangrance with "me." I am an RN, and at the end of a 16hr shift my patients still comment about its lovely fragrance, even when I don't detect it on me anymore. It is the only fragrance I have worn in many years. I have had friends go out and purchase it thinking it will smell the same on them...sometimes it doesn't so they end up giving it to me. I wish it were more readily in stores, and I hope Estee Lauder NEVER discontinues it.
